Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy – Heraklion Culinary & Wine Experiences To ensure a smooth and personalized experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy: Deposit: A small online deposit secures your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Flexible Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before your scheduled tour without any additional fees. This allows us to accommodate other guests while giving you flexibility in your plans. Late Cancellations / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance, or in the event of a no-show, are considered late. In these cases, the deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling: We are happy to assist with rescheduling requests at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability, so you can find a time that works best. We appreciate your understanding, and our team is here to ensure your culinary or wine experience in Crete is seamless, memorable, and tailored to you.
